Safety Culture Development is pleased to announce the first date for the 2017 Winning Hearts and Minds – Influencing for Safety Professionals Workshop. “We recognise the challenges that Safety Professionals have in creating workplace and organisational change when they often do not have the formal line authority. They must rely on their ability to influence others to have personnel across the business implement safe practices” says Trevor Strother from Safety Culture Development. “We have developed this workshop to further develop the Safety Professionals Influencing Skills and hopefully reduce some of the frustration felt in creating change.”
