Following feedback from the pilot Winning Hearts and Minds – Influencing Skills for Safety Professionals, we have decided to develop two influencing workshops with different aims.
- Building Organisational Influence – workshop for Safety Professionals focusses on development a broader, all of organisation focus to influence. The intent is explore the development of influencing relationships across the business.
- Winning Hearts and Minds – Influencing Skills for Safety Officers focusses on developing the skills required to influence at the worksite or within the business unit.
